In rare cases, after applying Aquapel anti-rain, the wiper blades may begin to jump and squeak on the glass as they pass along the glass in one direction.
In the other direction of the passage of the wiper blade, such an effect is not observed. This is a consequence - the glass surface becomes less wetted by water, that is, less slippery since, in fact, the water is removed after the first pass of the wipers, even if the rubber bands are worn out. The “outdated” geometry of the brushes begins to appear due to long-term use and wear of the wiper trapezoid drive bushings, as a result of which the wiper rubber does not rotate, but remains in one position. It is necessary to adjust the wipers so that the rubber band is set at 85-88 (depending on the brand, model and side) degrees relative to the glass. Also, even after proper adjustment, the wipers can jump in cold weather due to low-quality rubber bands that become dull in the cold and do not work properly when turning. After proper adjustment, the wipers will work quietly and smoothly.
This is what a tool looks like, for example HAZET 4851-1, for adjusting the angle of windshield wipers in dealer service centers.
If you want to independently adjust the angle of the wipers, you can make a tool from scrap parts. To do this, you will need a ruler, a protractor, a long bolt with a washer and nut, or a magnet. A magnet can be used for quick installation if the ruler and arm of the wiper are metal. Next, install the structure as in the photo and make adjustments. It is more convenient to bend the wiper arm itself with an adjustable wrench, having first placed a couple of layers of fabric under it so as not to tear off the paint.
Each brand, model and right/left leash has its own factory values. They can be found in the dealer technical documentation for repair and maintenance.

If the wipers jump at both moments of passing along the glass, there are two reasons. First, the wiper rubber has lost its elasticity; it needs to be replaced separately or the entire blade. Second, insufficient clamping force of the wiper arm; the entire part needs to be replaced. As a rule, the spring stretches as a result of natural wear and tear, or after the car owner often raises the wipers in winter so that they do not freeze.
